Nirvana redefined the sound of the ‘90’s and the band’s front man, Kurt Cobain, remains the only true musical icon of the post-punk era. However, Nirvana’s huge international success only heightened Cobain’s heroin addiction and depression. The film charts the tragic downward spiral of Cobain resulting in isolation and the effect on his music , the band and ultimately, his fans.  

‘ALL APOLOGIES : Kurt Cobain’ is a unexpected, highly emotional review and tribute, which daringly asks the question : what was it about Cobain that evoked such a reaction in music fans, that were often completely opposite in their reception. The film asks the viewer to decide.
